Yes, X1 Search is designed to search emails and attachments from various email clients, including Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, and others. It can retrieve both archived and current emails instantly by searching keywords, sender names, dates, and file types.

Yes, X1 Search can search through PST files. There are two ways to add PST files to X1. The first is if the PST is mounted to your Outlook account. In that case, X1 will automatically detect the PST file. If the PST file is outside of Outlook, then you need to add a PST file from the Outlook Options screen.

Yes, X1 Search can index and search files from external hard drives, USB drives, and network drives. This feature makes it suitable for users who need to search across multiple storage locations without manually browsing through folders. X1 Search supports indexing removable media, such as USB, Flash and other storage drives (i.e. USB, Firewire, Flash/Thumb drives, etc.). In order to get the media indexed, you need to add it through Files Options via the Add External Drive option.
